Japanese consumer electronics manufacturer Olympus was exposed
to be releasing the unexpected 12 MP digital camera named Olympus TG-1 iHS
after the BestBuy posted the camera briefly and took it down afterwards.
The new Olympus shooter according to the Best Buy listing is
a 12 megapixel with 2.3 inch CMOS sensor that helps in capturing high decree
pictures to the tune of 3968 x 2976 pixels. It has a 3 inch OLED display, 4x visual
zoom with f/2 on the wide end. It is competent of capturing 720p 1080p VGA
videos with a 4.5-18mm lens that offers 4x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom
with an aperture range of f/2 to f/4.9.
Using TruePic VI image processor and the dual image preservative
photos taken are free from image blur even when shooting with shaky hands. With
an ISO up to 6400, crystal clear gunfire is guaranteed even in low-light
conditions. It is capable of capturing 200 photos at 3FPS in rupture mode.
The camera rocky design is shock proof, can survive pressure,
water and dust opposed to that enhances its toughness.
